Abstract:
Adjustable pressure rollers for a calender. The adjustable pressure rollers comprises a box body, a moving plate, a first connecting rod, a first electric motor, a second electric motor, an upper pressure roller, a lower pressure roller, and gears; first through-holes are formed on side end surfaces of the box body away from each other; a plurality of sets of assembling teeth are disposed on an end surface at one side of the moving plate, and the moving plate is slidably connected to the box body; the first connecting rod penetrates an inner wall of the box body and is provided with a rotating disc; the first connecting rod is provided with a positioning assembly used for limiting the position of the moving plate; the gears are mounted at two ends of the first connecting rod; the gears are in meshing connection with the plurality of sets of assembling teeth; the two ends of the upper pressure roller are respectively provided with a first rotating shaft; the first rotating shafts pass through the first through-holes and are rotatably connected to the moving plate; the first electric motor is rotatably connected to the first rotating shafts; the two ends of the lower pressure roller are respectively provided with a second rotating shaft; the second rotating shafts are rotatably connected to the inner wall of the box body; and one end of each second rotating shaft passes through the inner wall of the box body and is rotatably connected to the second electric motor. The present utility model can adjust the distance between pressure rollers, which is convenient for calendering fabrics of different materials and thicknesses.
