The present invention relates to a vehicle auxiliary tool, and in particular, to an adjustable vehicle door latch pedal, comprising a pedal body, a hook, a support component, and a pin shaft. The pedal body is hinged to the support component by means of the pin shaft; the hook is arranged at one end of the support component and arranged opposite one end of the pedal body; the hook is hooked on a vehicle door latch; the other end of the support component is pressed on a vehicle door frame; one end of the pedal body is pressed on the hook or the vehicle door latch; and when the pedal body is pressed on the hook, the vehicle door latch is located between the pedal body and the hook, and when the pedal body is pressed on the vehicle door latch, the pedal body and the hook are engaged on the vehicle door latch together. The adjustable vehicle door latch pedal provided by the present invention can be directly mounted on a door latch of an vehicle, so that people can stand at a conveniently situated height, and conveniently load and unload articles in the upper portion of the vehicle. In addition, a pedal face can be horizontally adjusted; and the adjustable vehicle door latch pedal is foldable, has a small size, occupies little space, is stable, and convenient to use.
