Abstract:
An aerosol generating device may comprise: a cartridge for storing aerosol generating material; a main body having the cartridge detachably coupled thereto; a first heater for heating a cigarette which is inserted into the device; a second heater for heating the aerosol generating material; and a processor for controlling the first heater and the second heater separately so that the device operates by one mode among a smokeless mode in which visible smoke is not generated, and a smoking mode in which visible smoke is generated.
