Abstract:
The present invention relates to an affinity-chromatography filler including a carrier and a nucleic-acid ligand immobilized on the carrier, wherein the nucleic-acid ligand contains at least one type of artificial nucleic acid selected from the group consisting of peptide nucleic acids (PNAs), locked nucleic acids (LNAs), and S-oligos, and the nucleic-acid ligand is immobilized on the carrier by means of a peptide bond, a disulfide bond, or a bond formed via a linker.
