Abstract:
An air-blowing bird's nest prevention device and a use method, relating to the technical field of sewing apparatuses. A first driver (1) is connected to a thread hook (3) to drive the thread hook (3) to act to hook threads and clamp the threads in conjunction with a thread pressing piece (4); a thread hooking hole (6) is formed on an air blowing pipe; the first driver (1) is connected to a second driver (2); the second driver (2) can drive the first driver (1) to act to move a clamped upper thread into the thread hooking hole (6); the air blowing pipe is provided with more than one air blowing sources; the air blowing sources blow air into the air blowing pipe; a channel allowing for blow out of the end of the upper thread is formed in the air blowing pipe. According to this device, the end of a thread is cleaned by blowing the end of the thread away from an air blowing pipe, which facilitates daily maintenance.
