Abstract:
Provided is an air-bubble-containing-fluid manufacturing device with which it is possible to stabilize a process. In the air-bubble-containing-fluid manufacturing device (1), a flow path (P) is provided in which a coolant used for a grinder (G) (machine tool) circulates, and the coolant that circulates in the flow path (P) is caused to include air bubbles. The air-bubble-containing-fluid manufacturing device (1) comprises an air-bubble-containing process unit (10), a pump unit (20), and a filter unit (30). The air-bubble-containing process unit (10) performs an air-bubble-containing process on the coolant that has flowed in, and discharges the coolant to the flow path (P) on the downstream side. The pump unit (20) is provided integrally with the air-bubble-containing process unit (10), and sends the coolant into a circular gap (C) that acts as a flow path on the air-bubble-containing process unit (10) side. The filter unit (30) performs a filter process on the coolant that has flowed in.
