Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of air conditioners. Disclosed are an air conditioner control method and apparatus, and an air conditioner. The control method comprises: heating an indoor heat exchanger to a preset sterilization temperature in response to a self-cleaning instruction of an indoor unit; and controlling an air conditioner to run a self-cleaning program of the indoor heat exchanger. The indoor heat exchanger is heated to the preset sterilization temperature to kill harmful microorganisms attached to the indoor heat exchanger, and the self-cleaning program of the indoor heat exchanger is run to clean, by means of self-cleaning of the indoor heat exchanger, the dust and killed harmful microorganisms on the surface of the indoor heat exchanger, such that the indoor heat exchanger is cleaned. Moreover, the heat in the indoor heat exchanger can also be used to dry moisture in an air duct, so as to improve the dryness of the air duct and reduce bacteria in the air duct, such that the air duct is cleaned. Therefore, the indoor heat exchanger is cleaned, and the air duct can also be cleaned, thus achieving thorough cleaning of the indoor unit.
