Abstract:
An air conditioner defrosting control method, a control apparatus, and an air conditioner. The air conditioner defrosting control method comprises: obtaining a current frost thickness of a first outdoor heat exchanger (2); and when the frost thickness is greater than or equal to a preset thickness, controlling an air conditioner to perform a defrosting operation on the first outdoor heat exchanger (2), and controlling a second outdoor heat exchanger (3) to start for continuing to deliver heat to an indoor environment. The first outdoor heat exchanger (2) is defrosted without affecting the heating of the indoor environment, so that the user experience is improved.
