Abstract:
The present invention relates to an air conditioner management system using a UWB, the system comprising: a biometric information measurement unit which is installed in a residential space of a building to measure biometric information of a resident existing in the residential space; an environment information measurement unit disposed in the residential space to measure information of an environment inside the residential space; and a management module which controls an operation of an air conditioner installed in the residential space on the basis of information provided from the biometric information measurement unit and the environment information measurement unit. The air conditioner management system using a UWB according to the present invention uses an UWB in detecting a resident in a building. Therefore, the present invention requires relatively low power consumption, can prevent infringement on the resident's privacy, and can detect a target object at a high speed, so that the device reliability and efficiency can be enhanced.
