Abstract:
An air conditioner, comprising a plate heat exchanger (2) and fans (23), wherein the plate heat exchanger (2) comprises a body (21) and multiple heat exchange plates (22); the multiple heat exchange plates (22) are vertically arranged in the body (21); the body (21) is provided with air inlets (211) and air outlets (212); the fans (23) are used for guiding external airflows to pass through the air inlets (211), flow through the heat exchange plates (22), and then flow out of the air outlets (212). The air conditioner further comprises a water collection member (25), a water receiving member (26), and multiple spraying members (24) that are provided in the body (21); wherein the water receiving member (26) is provided below the multiple heat exchange plates (22); the water collection member (25) is provided above the multiple heat exchange plates (22) and is configured to be capable of accumulating water drops and guiding the accumulated water into the water receiving member (26); the heat exchange plate (22) is provided between every two adjacent spraying members (24); each of the spraying members (24) comprises a spraying pipe (241) disposed in a vertical direction and multiple spraying heads (242) provided on the spraying pipe (241); the spraying pipe (241) is communicated with a liquid inlet pipeline (11); the liquid inlet pipeline (11) is provided with a liquid inlet pump (111); the multiple spraying heads (242) are distributed in the length direction of the spraying pipe (241); spraying holes of the spraying heads (242) are obliquely upwards arranged facing toward plate surfaces of the heat exchange plates (22) from bottom to top; the air inlets (211) are provided on the bottom of the body (21); the air outlets (212) are provided on the top of the body (21); and the fans (23) are provided close to the air inlets (211) or the air outlets (212). The air conditioner improves the water coating uniformity and the water coating efficiency of the surfaces of the heat exchange plates, and further improves the water evaporation effect of the surfaces of the heat exchange plates, so that the overall heat exchange effect of the plate heat exchanger is greatly improved.
