Abstract:
An air-conditioning control device is provided with: a receiving unit for receiving a measured indoor thermal component and an operating condition of an air conditioner set by a user; a thermal index calculation unit for calculating thermal indices in a preset cycle by using the thermal component; a control index calculation unit for calculating, each time the thermal index calculation unit calculates a thermal index, a control index obtained by integrating the difference between each of the thermal indices calculated up to the present time and a thermal index initial value; and a control command determination unit for determining a control command for the air conditioner on the basis of the control index, the control command determination unit determining, on the basis of the control index, which of a control command specifying an operating condition for a non-steady state of the air conditioner and a control command based on the operating condition set by the user to output.
