Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an air-conditioning control device and air-conditioning control system capable of efficiently operating air-conditioning equipment. The present invention comprises: a unit for calculating the predicted number of people in a room, which is the number of people in the room after a predetermined time from a setting time that is the time to issue an instruction regarding a setting temperature to the air-conditioning equipment installed in the room; a setting temperature calculation unit that calculates the setting temperature corresponding to the setting time on the basis of the predicted number of people in the room calculated by the unit for calculating the predicted number of people in a room; and a setting temperature instruction unit that issues an instruction regarding the setting temperature calculated by the setting temperature calculation unit to the air-conditioning equipment.
