Abstract:
Provided are an air conditioning system and an electronic device wherein the temperature of cold water and the temperature of cooling water are adaptively adjusted in consideration of load fluctuations, whereby power consumption can be reduced while the cooling performance of the air conditioning system is maintained. The electronic device according to an embodiment comprises: a communication unit which communicates with an air conditioner, a chiller unit, and a cooling tower, the air conditioner including a coil through which cold water flows and a valve which controls the amount of the cold water; and a control unit which determines a target opening degree of the valve on the basis of air conditioning load fluctuations in the air conditioner, and controls the temperature of cold water supplied from the chiller unit to the air conditioner so as to allow an opening degree of the valve to be adjusted to the target opening degree.
