Disclosed is an air infant incubator, comprising an incubator (1), an air energy device (2) and a controller (3), wherein the incubator (1) comprises a transparent box (5), a transparent cover (6), an automatic cover-opening device (7), a cover-locking device (8), a drawer (9) and a drawer-driving device (10); the air energy device (2) comprises a compressor (20), a condenser (21), an evaporator (22), an expansion valve (23), a four-way valve (24) and a temperature sensor (25), with the condenser (21) adjusting the temperature in the incubator (1); and the controller (3) is provided with an out-of-box temperature sensor (43) at the shell and the controller (3) is provided with control lines connected to the air energy device (2), the drawer-driving device (10), the cover-locking device (8) and the out-of-box temperature sensor (43). In case of power failure, the transparent cover (6) of the incubator (1) automatically opens to prevent an infant to be smothered in the box and to maintain air circulation in the incubator (1); and in case of temperature runway of the incubator (1), the drawer-driving device (10) will move an infanette (32) and the infant (36) out of the incubator (1) to avoid the uncontrolled temperature to affect health and life of the infant (36).
