Abstract:
Provided is an air knife device (10) equipped with a first member (1) and a second member (2) that faces the first member (1) with an air jetting passage (3) interposed therebetween, the air knife device (10) being characterized in that: the inner surface of the first member (1) and the inner surface of the second member (2), which face the air jetting passage (3), are both flat surfaces parallel to the center line (C) of the air jetting passage (3); and tapered surfaces (112, 212), which extend toward base end parts (14, 24) from the tip ends of tip end parts (11, 21) forming an air jetting hole (4) and are symmetrical with respect to the center line (C), are respectively formed on the outer surface of the first member (1) and the outer surface of the second member (2).
