Abstract:
An air pressure cooker, which comprises a top cover (1) and a bottom cover (2), a cover-opening knob (3) and a heat shield (4) are arranged on the top cover (1), the cover-opening knob (3) is fixedly connected on the right side of the outer surface of the top cover (1), the heat shield (4) is fixedly connected inside the top cover (1), a handle lock block (5) is arranged below the cover-opening knob (3), a motor (6), a switch connecting rod (7), cooling fan blades (8) and a heating tube cover (9) are arranged on the heat shield (4), wherein the motor (6) is fixedly connected in the middle of the upper end of the heat shield (4), the switch connecting rod (7) is fixedly connected on the right side of the heat shield (4), and the cooling fan blades (8) are movably connected inside the heat shield (4). A cooking utensil integrating the functions of an air fryer and an electric pressure cooker is realized, by simply removing and changing the accessories of the top cover (1), the grilling and frying functions of the air fryer can be achieved, and stewing and boiling functions of the electric pressure cooker can also be achieved, thereby meeting consumer's demands on more choices of food cooking and higher standards for food taste.
