Abstract:
An air pressure homogenizing cotton hopper system, comprising a cotton feeding machine (1), and a fan cover (3) arranged over the cotton feeding machine (1) and used for uniformly adding fiber materials to a feeding port (k1) of the cotton feeding machine (1). The cotton feeding machine (1) comprises a device rack and a receiving mechanism arranged on the device rack and used for receiving the fiber materials; the receiving mechanism comprises a first feed roller (g1), a second feed roller (g2) and a beater porcupine roller (g3), both ends of which are arranged on the device rack and rotate around an axis thereof, and a driving mechanism (10) for driving the first feed roller (g1) and the second feed roller (g2) and the beater porcupine roller (g3) to rotate, a rotation axis of the beater porcupine roller (g3) is located below the first feed roller (g1) and the second feed roller (g2), a receiving area in abutted communication with the feeding port (k1) of the cotton feeding machine (1) is formed between the first feed roller (g1), the second feed roller (g2) and the beater porcupine roller (g3), the receiving mechanism further comprises an adjusting mechanism for adjusting the volume size of the receiving area. By changing the design of the cotton feeding mechanism and the fan cover, the overall use performance of the air pressure homogenizing cotton hopper system is improved, and the production efficiency and the product quality are improved.
