Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a highly reliable and highly efficient air suspension system for a vehicle, in which: the tracking performance of stroke control in response to a pressure fluctuation acting on a linear compressor is improved; a stroke increase caused by a pressure decline is suppressed; piston collision is prevented; and a flowrate is increased by decreasing a dead volume. In order to achieve the foregoing, this air suspension system is equipped with: an air suspension that adjusts length by supplying and discharging compressed air; a compressor body that compresses air with a piston that moves reciprocally inside a cylinder; a linear motor that drives the reciprocal movement of the piston; a tank that is connected to the air suspension or the compressor body and stores the compressed air; an electromagnetic valve that opens and closes the air suspension or the tank; and an inverter that controls a position of the piston by changing the electric power supplied to the linear motor in response to the open/close state of the electromagnetic valve.
