Abstract:
Provided are an air treatment device (100) and an air conditioner, aiming to solve the problem in the prior art that the amount of water in a water container is too small or too large. The air treatment device (100) comprises a water container (1), an upper limit water level detection device, a lower limit water level detection device (8), a processor and an alarm, wherein the water container (1) is used for holding water, and the upper limit water level detection device and the lower limit water level detection device (8) are arranged in the water container (1) at a vertical interval and are respectively used for detecting the upper limit water level and the lower limit water level of the water container (1). When the water level detected by the lower limit water level detection device (8) is lower than the lower limit water level, the processor controls the alarm to send a water shortage alarm signal, so as to prompt a user to add water, preventing the air treatment device (100) from failing to work normally due to the water shortage of the water container (1); and when the water level detected by the upper limit water level detection device is higher than the upper limit water level, the processor controls the alarm to send a water full alarm signal, thus helping to prevent the water in the water container (1) from exceeding the load thereof due to too much water being added.
