Abstract:
The invention relates to aeronautical engineering, and more particularly to aircraft that are capable of conventional rolling take-off and landing (airplane mode) and vertical take-off and landing. The invention is intended to achieve the technical result of an improved structural and power configuration and also an increase in payload variety, for example outsize loads. The aircraft contains an airframe comprising a wing (1), two longitudinal spaced-apart girders (2), a horizontal tail (3) and a vertical tail (4). The wing (1) is connected to the longitudinal girders (2). At the ends of the longitudinal girders (2) are propulsion systems, which comprise engines and rotatable propellers (5) capable of rotating under the action of drives while changing the vector of the force which they generate from a horizontal direction to a vertical direction and vice versa. The horizontal tail (3) can be situated either at the rear end (conventional aerodynamic design) or at the front end (canard aerodynamic design). The payload is accommodated in a removable container (7) which is fastened to a pylon (9) below the wing (1) at the centre of gravity of the aircraft.
