Abstract:
An airtight door for a rail vehicle, comprising a door leaf (4), a door carrying frame (3) connected to the door leaf (4), a guide rail (5) mounted above the door leaf (4), bearing wheels (2) connected to the door carrying frame (3) to drive the door leaf (4) to move in the guide rail (5), a groove (20) on the guide rail (5) for longitudinal displacement of the door leaf (4) during lateral movement thereof, and a seal on the door leaf (4) for sealing with the vehicle body. The bottom of the door leaf (4) is inserted between an outer door threshold (14) and an inner door threshold (15), a sliding block (17) used for driving the door leaf (4) to slide between the inner and outer door thresholds is mounted at the bottom of the door leaf (4), and the length of the sliding block (17) is 1/3 to 1/2 of the width of the door leaf (4). According to the airtight door, the door leaf (4) sinks as a whole after locking, and the door leaf (4) is pressure-fitted with the vehicle body to enhance the sealing effect; the problem of poor sealing effect caused by the V-shape phenomenon of the vehicle door can be avoided, the manufacturing process is simple, and the invention is suitable for large-scale promotion and application.
