Abstract:
Disclosed by the present application are an alarm call processing method and device, and a computer-readable storage medium; the alarm call processing method comprises: receiving a dispatch request when an alarm-receiving terminal and an alarm terminal are on a call, wherein the dispatch request comprises first selection information of at least one police terminal, position information of the at least one police terminal and the alarm-receiving terminal matching; and according to the dispatch request, establishing communication between the police terminal corresponding to the first selection information, the alarm terminal, and the alarm-receiving terminal. By means of the described manner, the present application may, when the alarm-receiving terminal and the alarm terminal are on a call, add the police terminal which matches the position of the alarm-receiving terminal to the call between the alarm-receiving terminal and the alarm terminal so as to establish communication between the alarm-receiving terminal, the alarm terminal and the police terminal, which thereby reduces the secondary communication costs of the alarm-receiving terminal issuing an alarm to the police terminal, and shortens the duration of time for which the alarm is issued.
