ALCOHOL FEEDING PIPELINE STRUCTURE AND ULTRASONIC ALCOHOL AGING SYSTEM

Provided are an alcohol feeding pipeline structure and an ultrasonic alcohol aging system, characterized in that: a stainless-steel aging barrel is equipped with an alcohol inlet and outlet pipe and an air discharge pipe; alcohol feed-in and alcohol feed-out are performed by means of the same alcohol inlet and outlet pipe; one end of the alcohol inlet and outlet pipe extends into the bottom of the stainless-steel aging barrel; the end opening is slightly higher than the bottom of the stainless-steel aging barrel, and the other end is connected to an alcohol sub-control valve and then split into two paths; one path connects to an alcohol feed-in valve, then to an alcohol feed-in pump, and then to the alcohol feed-in pipeline, and the other path is connected to an alcohol discharge pump, then to an alcohol discharge valve, and then to an alcohol discharge pipeline. Provided is an alcohol pipeline structure which shares the same entrance for alcohol feed-in and discharge; by means of flexible control of each valve, new alcohol can be injected into the stainless steel aging barrel or aged alcohol can be discharged from the stainless steel aging barrel.
