Abstract:
An alkyd resin protective coating for a water-dispersible steel structure, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The protective coating relates to the field of surface engineering. The alkyd resin protective coating for the water-dispersible steel structure comprises the following components: modified alkyd resin, a weather-resistant and rust-resistant composite material, titanium dioxide, carbon black, a body filler, a solid petroleum resin solution, a dispersant, gas phase silicon dioxide, methyl ethyl ketoxime, a water-based additive and water. The weather-resistant and rust-resistant composite material comprises the following components: aluminum tripolyphosphate, wollastonite powder, phosphorous silicon powder and an anti-mildew preservative. The protective coating may form a dense and rust-proof paint film on the surface of the steel structure, and has an excellent weather resistance and rust-proof performance.
