Abstract:
Disclosed are an alumina ceramic integrated hot press molding machine and a working method. The machine comprises a pressing device and a hot press device that are fixed to a frame, the hot press device is located below the pressing device, a stirring device is provided inside of the hot press device, and a hot press mold is provided above the hot press device; the pressing device applies one path of high-pressure gas to the hot press mold, and enables another path of high-pressure gas to enter the hot press device so that a slurry flows into the interior of a molding cavity of the hot press mold; the stirring device stirs the slurry inside of the hot press device so that an alumina blank is more evenly distributed in the slurry; the interior of the hot press device is provided with temperature measuring elements for detecting the temperature of an internal oil liquid and the temperature of the slurry at a slurry outlet; according to the temperatures detected by the temperature measuring elements, the power of an electric heating device is adjusted in real time to achieve the goal of precise temperature control. In the present disclosure, a mold and a heating device are used such that the temperature field distribution tends to be reasonable, the temperature of a slurry can be accurately controlled, and the heating efficiency can be significantly improved. Moreover, the distribution of alumina powder in liquid paraffin can significantly improve the molding quality of castings.
