Abstract:
An aluminum alloy brazing sheet having a thickness of less than 200 µm and comprising a core material, an Al-Si-based alloy filler material provided to one surface of the core material, and a sacrificial material provided to the other surface of the core material, said aluminum alloy brazing sheet being characterized in that: the core material contains more than 1.5 mass% but at most 2.5 mass% of Cu and 0.5–2.0 mass% of Mn, and the remainder comprises Al and unavoidable impurities; the sacrificial material contains 2.0–10.0 mass% of Zn, with the Mg content restricted so as to not exceed 0.10 mass%, and the remainder comprises Al and unavoidable impurities; the filler material and sacrificial material each have a thickness of 15–50 µm, and the total cladding ratio of the filler material and sacrificial material is at most 50%.
