Abstract:
An aluminum alloy synchronous cooling and electrical pulse heat forming process and device, the process comprising preparing a heat-strengthened aluminum alloy blank, shape cutting, solid solution treatment, synchronous cooling and electrical pulse heat forming, ageing, and further steps. The device comprises a mold with a cooling water channel (8) and an AC power supply (7). Positive and negative electrodes of the AC power source (7) respectively contact an aluminum alloy plate (3) via a positive electrode electrical brush (5) and a negative electrode electrical brush (6), such that in a stamping process an electrical current continuously passes through the aluminum alloy plate (3).
