Abstract:
The present invention provides: an aluminum fin material exhibiting excellent hydrophilicity and antifouling properties; a heat exchanger; and a method for producing an aluminum fin material. An aluminum fin material (10) is provided with: an aluminum plate (1); an anticorrosion coating layer (3) formed on the surface of the aluminum plate (1); and a hydrophilic coating layer (4) formed on the anticorrosion coating layer (3), wherein the anticorrosion coating layer (3) includes an acrylic resin (3b) and fluororesin particles (3a), the coating amount of the anticorrosion coating layer (3) is 0.05 mg/dm2 to 8.00 mg/dm2, and the content of fluororesin particles (3a) in the anticorrosion coating layer (3) is 0.05-8.00 mass%.
