Abstract:

The present invention provides an amino resin alkyd matting paint, comprising the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 30-50% of an acrylate polymeric monomer, 15-30% of etherified alkyl benzoguanamine resin, 4-12% of hydrogenated castor oil, and 4-10% of polyhydroxyalkyl aliphatic carboxylic acid. A triazine ring of etherified melamine is grafted by using a benzene ring, such that amino resin formed by the polycondensation of formed etherified alkyl benzoguanamine has good matting properties and hardness. In another aspect, the etherified alkyl benzoguanamine resin has relatively low polarity and good miscibility with a variety of alkyd resins. In the present invention, an etherified alkyl benzoguanamine resin is used as an amino resin component and cooperates with alkyd resin, so that an amino resin alkyd matting paint formed by compounding has good matting properties and a fast drying speed, and a paint film formed by same has good matting properties, relatively high hardness and excellent weather resistance, does not easily yellow, and is suitable for outdoor use.
