Title:
AMINOCOUMARIN COMPOUND, AND AMINOCOUMARIN COMPOUND-CONTAINING RESIN PARTICLES
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/150450
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention provides: an aminocoumarin compound having a structure represented by formula (1); and aminocoumarin compound-containing resin particles which include the aminocoumarin compound, and resin particles containing the aminocoumarin compound. In formula (1): each R independently represents hydrogen or a methyl group; Q represents sulfur, oxygen, or N-R1; and R1 represents hydrogen or a methyl group. This aminocoumarin compound is a fluorescent dye which has a longer excitation wavelength than sulfonated coumarin compounds well known in the prior art, and is effectively excited at wavelengths equal to or longer than 475 nm, particularly wavelengths in the vicinity of 500 nm. This aminocoumarin compound is a fluorescent dye which has wavelength characteristics that can used to perform excitation at wavelengths in the range of 475-510 nm, and enable observation in the green light emission region of 510-540 nm. It is anticipated that the aminocoumarin compound will be suitably utilized in immunostaining or the like.
