Abstract:
An amorphous alloy three-dimensional coil core and a single frame thereof, wherein, the single frame comprises an inner support frame, an outer support frame and a single frame base body of a square structure, wherein the single frame base body is formed by winding multi-stage amorphous alloy material strips with different widths around an outer peripheral wall of the inner support frame, and the amorphous alloy material strips are rectangular; the outer support frame is fixedly sleeved on an outer peripheral wall of the single frame base body; more than one inter-layer support frame is further comprised, the inter-layer support frame is arranged between adjacent two stages of the amorphous alloy material strips of the single frame base body; the thickness of the inner support frame is selected from a range of 1-15mm; the thickness of the inter-layer support frame is not greater than 5mm; and the thickness of the outer support frame is selected from a range of 0.2-10mm. The single frame improves the structural strength of the single frame by arranging the inner and outer support frames and the inter-layer support frame, and can avoid the deformation of the amorphous alloy material strips during subsequent annealing treatment after the winding, thereby ensuring the strength of the formed single frame and preventing the deformation of the amorphous alloy material strips from influencing the performance of the subsequently formed core.
