Abstract:
Provided is an amorphous thermoplastic resin film having a high dielectric breakdown strength at a high temperature, having a small thickness, and having excellent slit processing suitability. This amorphous thermoplastic resin film has a thickness of 9.5 μm or less, and comprises an amorphous thermoplastic resin having a glass transition point (Tg) of at least 130°C but less than 200°C, and one type of particle selected from the group consisting of silica and calcium carbonate. The average particle diameter of the particles is 0.1-1.5 μm, the content ratio of the particles is 0.1-1.5 mass%.
