Abstract:
An amphiphilic molecular self-assembly nanodrug for tumor treatment, a preparation method therefor and a use thereof. Specifically disclosed is an amphiphilic compound, which is a conjugate of a hydrazine group-modified organic photothermal agent and a carbonyl group-containing anti-tumor drug by means of a hydrazone bond. Further disclosed is a nanoparticle, which is obtained by self-assembly of the amphiphilic compound in an aqueous solution. The nanoparticle has an anti-tumor effect, can be enriched and dissociated in a tumor region, and has the synergistic effect of a combination therapy of photothermal therapy and chemotherapy.
