Abstract:
In this angular contact ball bearing, a plurality of balls 3 are disposed in a rollable manner between respective raceway grooves 1a, 2a of an inner ring 1 and an outer ring 2. A plurality of separator cages 4 are provided which are separated from each other, are respectively provided between adjacent balls 3 among the plurality of balls 3, and hold each of the balls 3. The separator cages 4 are each provided with: a contact part 4a which comes into contact with the balls 3 at both sides; and a deviation-inhibiting part 4b which extends from the contact part 4a along a plane orthogonal to the pitch circle of the arrangement of each of the balls 3. In the deviation-inhibiting part 4b, protrusions 4ba having a large degree of extension from the contact part 4a and recesses 4bb having a small degree of extension therefrom are arranged alternately.
