Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of phosphate additives, and in particular to anhydrous trisodium hydrogen diphosphate, and a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The preparation method for the anhydrous trisodium hydrogen diphosphate comprises the following steps: heating the trisodium hydrogen diphosphate monohydrate for 110-130 minutes at 155-165 degrees Celsius. In the present disclosure, by heating high-purity trisodium hydrogen diphosphate monohydrate under specific conditions, the amount of dehydration and the degree of hydrolysis of trisodium hydrogen diphosphate monohydrate can be controlled, such that anhydrous trisodium hydrogen diphosphate having a purity of greater than or equal to 95.0% is obtained. Moreover, the preparation method has the advantages such as simple operation and mild conditions.
