Abstract:
In order to enable the magnetic quality of coils to be improved by increasing the quantity of heat flowing into the lower part of the coils so as to more uniformly heat the coils during heat treatment, provided is an annealing furnace, an apparatus for heating coils of the annealing furnace, and a power supply system of the heating apparatus, the annealing furnace comprising: a trolley moving along the circumferential direction; a housing provided on the trolley, and blocked from the outside so as to form a heating space; a cover loaded inside the housing and accommodating the coils; a first heating part for applying heat to the outside of the cover inside the housing; and a second heating part provided inside the cover so as to heat the lower part of the coils.
