The antenna apparatus comprises: a first antenna, which has a first clearance area; a second antenna, which has a second clearance area; a composite grounding structure, which is connected to the first antenna and the second antenna, wherein the composite grounding structure comprises a first grounding structure and a second grounding structure; a first conductor structure, which is close to the first clearance area; and a second conductor structure, which is close to the second clearance area.
