The present application provides an antenna assembly and a communication device; the antenna assembly can be used in a communication device such as a micro base station or a CPE. In the antenna assembly: two second antennas are dipole antennas and are placed orthogonally; each second antenna comprises a second feed part and a second radiating body; in each second antenna, the second feed part is coupled to the second radiating body and used for feeding power to the second radiating body so that the second antenna can radiate a signal of a second frequency band outward; the first antenna comprises a first feed part and a first radiating body; in each first antenna, the second feed part and the second radiating body of the two second antennas serve as at least one part of the first feed part so as to be electrically coupled to the first radiating body and used for feeding power to the first radiating body; the first antenna can radiate a signal of a first frequency band outward; the signal frequency of the second frequency band is lower than the signal frequency of the first frequency band; by means of the fitting of the first antenna and the second antenna, the antenna assembly has a wider bandwidth.
