Abstract:
Disclosed is an antenna device wherein a patch antenna includes a feeding element and a parasitic element. A feeding line supplies power to the feeding element. The feeding element and the parasitic element are disposed by being aligned with each other in the direction parallel to the excitation direction of the feeding element. The feeding line extends in the direction parallel to the excitation direction from the feeding element. In plan view, the parasitic element includes conductor patterns disposed on both sides of the feeding line, and the conductor patterns and the feeding line are not overlapping each other. With such configuration, electromagnetic coupling between the parasitic element and the feeding line can be weakened, and a wider band can be achieved.
