Abstract:
[Problem] To sufficiently radiate electromagnetic waves in a target direction by suppressing reflection from a human body or another conductor in an antenna device. [Solution] An antenna device 3 used in contact with or in the vicinity of a human body or a conductor, wherein said antenna device 3 comprises an antenna pattern 17 and a meta-surface layer 13. The meta-surface layer 13 is layered on the antenna pattern 17 and arranged on the human body side. The meta-surface layer 13 includes a first low loss film 20A, a second low loss film 20B, and a first meta-surface 21A and a second meta-surface 21B formed on each of the first low loss film 20A and the second low loss film 20B.
