Abstract:
This antenna module (1) is provided with: a substrate (10); an RF signal processing circuit (80) that is provided on the substrate (10); a ground electrode (20) which is provided in the substrate (10) above the RF signal processing circuit (80); a radiation electrode (30) which is provided in the substrate (10) above the ground electrode (20); and a power supply line (50) which is provided in an overlapping region (40), where the radiation electrode (30) and the RF signal processing circuit (80) overlap each other, and which connects the radiation electrode (30) and the RF signal processing circuit (80) to each other. The ground electrode (20) comprises a first ground pattern (23), a second ground pattern (21) and a peripheral wall (22) that connects the first ground pattern (23) and the second ground pattern (21) with each other; the peripheral wall (22) surrounds a part of the power supply line (50); and the second ground pattern (21) has a through hole (24) through which the power supply line (50) passes.
