Abstract:
The present invention relates to: an antitumor adenovirus; and an anticancer composition comprising same. An adenovirus including an expression cassette, which encodes a double-stranded shRNA simultaneously inhibiting the expression of AR and mTOR, and a hTERT promoter according to the present invention evades immune responses in the body and is thereby specifically delivered to cancer cells, and thus has a systemic therapeutic effect. In addition, the adenovirus can be locally delivered, has excellent selectivity, and exhibits a remarkable anticancer effect even through minimally invasive treatment. Thus, the adenovirus can be effectively used as an anti-cancer composition or an anti-cancer adjuvant for various carcinomas.
