The present invention relates to an anti-corrosion coating layer comprising: a first coating layer disposed on the surface of a steel material; a second coating layer disposed on the surface of the first coating layer; and a third coating layer disposed on the second coating layer, wherein the first coating layer includes a first paint including aluminum particles, zinc particles, an extender pigment, and an inorganic silicate solvent, the second coating layer includes a sodium silicate-based second paint, and the third coating layer includes a silicon-based third paint. According to the present invention, provided is an anti-corrosion coating layer capable of long-term protection of steel materials from corrosion even in a high-temperature, wet, and acidic condition.
