Abstract:
Disclosed are an anti-drilling down fabric containing cotton and wool, and a processing method therefor. The warp and weft yarns of the fabric are both a blended yarn of cotton and wool, the count of the blended yarn is 40 S - 80 S, the mass percentage of wool in the blended yarn is 30%-50%, and the wool is fine wool. The processing method sequentially comprises the steps of beam warping → dressing → healding and reeding → weft weaving → pretreatment → water washing → scutching → drying → calendaring → pre-shrinking, wherein the water washing step uses loose water washing through an overflow machine.
