Abstract:
An anti-fog easily-removed coating film, comprising: a BOPE base material, and an anti-fog agent coating applied on the BOPE base material; the anti-fog agent coating is prepared from raw material comprising the following components: 8-12wt% of acrylic acid-grafted modified polyester polyol; 2.5-3.2wt% of hexamethylene diisocyanate; 3-5wt% of acetone; 3-5wt% of dimethylol propionic acid; 1.5-3.5wt% of a sodium salt of 3-allyloxy-2-hydroxy-1-propanesulfonic acid; 2.0-3.0wt% of isopropanol; 2.0-3.5wt% of ethylene glycol; 0.5-1.0wt% of an initiator; 0.5-0.8wt% of a catalyst; 1.7-3.5wt% of a release agent; and 65-80wt% of water. The anti-fog easily-removed coating film uses the BOPE base material and the anti-fog agent coating having components in the specified quantities to achieve good overall interaction, and can have good heat-sealing strength with a PE box. In addition, it has the advantages of easily-removed sealing, high transparency, low cost, and good cold and hot anti-fog effects, and meets the environmental protection requirement of recycling the same material.
