Abstract:
Disclosed are a compound represented by general formula (I), and pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein A is O or C=CH2; B is a nucleoside base; Z is a connecting bond or CHR4; when W is a connecting bond or C(O), R is CH(R')C(Y)OR5; when W is CHC(Y)OR5, R is H; Y is O or S; R1 is H, D or CN; R2 is H, D, X, CN, CH=CH2, CCH or N3; each R3 independently is H, D, X, OH, N3, NR"2, or C1-6 alkyl, C2-6 alkenyl or C2-6 alkynyl unsubstituted or substituted by 1-5 halogens; each Ra independently is H, X, CN, R", NR"2, OR" or CO2R", or a 3- to 8-membered carbocyclic ring formed by Ra on two adjacent carbon atoms and the connected carbon atoms; each R" independently is D, C1-6 alkyl, C3-8 cycloalkyl, C1-6 acyl or C1-6 sulfonamido; alternatively the two R" and a connected nitrogen atom form a 4- to 8-membered ring. The compound represented by general formula (I) of the present invention has an excellent anti-hepatitis C virus effect.
