Abstract:
An anti-icing and de-icing hot-extruding polyethylene parallel steel wire cable system, comprising a cable, connection cylinders (2), anchor cups (1), wire separation plates (7) and locking nuts (8), the connection cylinders (2) being provided at front ends of the anchor cups (1), the wire separation plates (7) being provided inside the anchor cups (1), and the locking nuts (8) being locked on the outer periphery of the anchor cups (1). The cable comprises a bare cable and a sheath (9) wrapping the outer layer of the bare cable, the bare cable is further composed of parallel steel wire bundles (5) and several full-length heating wires (4), and the steel wire bundles (5) of the bare cable pass through the connection cylinders (2) and are anchored within the anchor cups (1). The ends of steel wires are fixed on the wire separation plates (7), several hollow penetrating pipes (3) are anchored within the anchor cups (1), rear ends of the penetrating pipes (3) pass through the wire separation plates (7), front ends of the penetrating pipes extend forward to the connection cylinders (2), the heating wires (4) of the bare cable pass through the penetrating pipes (3) in one-to-one correspondence and are drawn out from the wire separation plates (7), the heating wires (4) can be drawn out from the anchor cups (1), and in a state where the drawn heating wires (4) are connected to a power source, the heating wires (4) heat the cable. The heating wires (4) are provided on the outer periphery of the parallel steel wire bundles (5) to heat the cable upon being energized, achieving the effects of anti-icing and de-icing.
