Abstract:
The present invention relates to an anti-inflammatory composition and, particularly, to an anti-inflammatory composition containing, as an active ingredient, a compound represented by chemical formula 1 or a salt thereof. An anti-inflammatory composition of the present invention can inhibit inflammatory responses at an early stage by blocking interactions between CD14 and LPS and blocking the expression of CD14, and can exhibit powerful anti-inflammatory effects by inhibiting the expression of TNFα and IL-1β, which are key factors of inflammatory responses, and regulating the expression of significant factors such as CCL2(MCP-1), CCL7(MCP-3), CXCL2, CHOP and NOX1, which are associated with inflammatory responses.
