Abstract:
An anti-pilling graphene blended yarn and fiber composite fabric and a manufacturing method therefor. The anti-pilling graphene blended yarn and fiber composite fabric is formed by interlacing warp yarns and weft yarns; the warp yarns are formed by blending and weaving artificial cotton and artificial fibers; the weft yarns are formed by weaving polyester; the proportion of the artificial cotton is 3%, and the proportion of the polyester is 75%; the artificial fibers are soaked in an artificial fiber solution; the artificial fiber solution is added with graphene; the proportion of the artificial fibers is 12%; 3% artificial cotton, 12% artificial fibers and 75% polyester are mixed and woven; and the artificial cotton, the artificial fibers and the polyester are subjected to surface anti-pilling grinding treatment. The blended yarns of artificial cotton and graphene (woven by adding graphene to the artificial fiber solution) are combined with 75% polyester, the fabric has a very good anti-static effect, moisture adsorption property, breathability, skin-friendliness and comfort; a textile fabric is subjected to anti-pilling treatment; the fabric is endowed with excellent resistance to pilling; the fluff tendency of the fabric is reduced; and the wear resistance of the fabric is obviously improved.
