Abstract:
Disclosed is an anti-sideslip carding method for use in textile production. Comprised are a limiting-transmitting mechanism for transmission, a collecting mechanism for carding, and a circulating toggling mechanism and a gas blowing mechanism, which are used for assisting in carding, wherein a support mechanism is connected to an outer side of the limiting-transmitting mechanism; the collecting mechanism is arranged on an inner side of the limiting-transmitting mechanism; the gas blowing mechanism is arranged at the upper end of the collecting mechanism; the circulating toggling mechanism is arranged on two sides of the gas blowing mechanism; a knocking mechanism is connected to the circulating toggling mechanism; and a dust cover for protection is mounted outside the support mechanism. In the present invention, a linkage mechanism is used for improving the kinetic energy use efficiency of an electric motor and also improving the effect of cooperation between components; moreover, under cooperation of the limiting of the limiting-transmitting mechanism, the stability of textiles during transmission is ensured. In addition, carding and nap removal work are carried out by beating and air pressing in cooperation with the collecting mechanism, such that the work efficiency of carding and nap removal is improved.
